1. About these terms
These terms apply to all orders placed through this website. By placing an order you confirm you are at least 18 and accept these terms. We may update them; the version live at the time of your order applies to that order.
2. Pricing & payment
All prices are in GBP and include UK VAT where applicable. Shipping is calculated at checkout. Payment is taken at order confirmation via Shopify Payments. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases of pricing error or suspected fraud.
3. Delivery
We ship to mainland UK. Standard delivery is 2–4 working days; risk and title pass on delivery. See Shipping & Returns for full terms.
4. Returns & consumer rights
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you may cancel an online order within 14 days of receipt for any reason, provided the product is unused and in original sealed packaging. Fragrance is classified as a sealed cosmetic — once the seal is broken, the right of return does not apply, except where the product is faulty under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
5. Intellectual property
Rasasi® is a registered trademark of Rasasi Perfumes Industry LLC, Dubai. All site content is the property of Rasasi UK or its licensors.
6. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, our liability for any order is limited to the price paid.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
