• Order & delivery details: name, address, email, phone, order history.
• Payment: processed by Shopify Payments — we do not see or store card numbers.
• Marketing: email address and consent preferences (only with opt-in).
• Technical: IP address, device and browser data, pages visited.

3. Why we use it (lawful basis)

• Contract — to process and deliver orders.
• Legal obligation — tax, accounting, consumer law.
• Legitimate interest — site security, fraud prevention, service emails.
• Consent — marketing emails and non-essential cookies.

5. Who we share with

Shopify (storefront & payments), Royal Mail / our chosen carrier, and our email service provider. All processors are bound by UK GDPR equivalent terms. We never sell personal data.

6. How long we keep it

Order records for 7 years (UK tax law). Marketing data until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is aggregated.
