Shipping
We ship from the United Kingdom and every UK order ships free of charge — no minimum spend, no thresholds. Standard delivery arrives within 2–4 working days. Tracked international shipping is calculated at checkout.
Orders placed before 1pm GMT on a working day are dispatched the same day. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse.
Returns
Unopened items in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. For hygiene reasons, fragrances that have been opened or used cannot be returned.
