RETURNS
Unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. For hygiene reasons, opened fragrance cannot be returned unless faulty.
FAULTY ITEMS
Contact us within 14 days at rasasi@tidytrade.ai with your order number and a photo. We'll organise a replacement or full refund.
